Effective Date: May 13th, 2026 This page explains how users of an App can request deletion of their app account and associated data. If you created an account in-app, you may request that your account and related personal data be deleted by following the steps below.

In your request, please include the email address, phone number, username, or other account identifier associated with your app account. This information helps us locate the correct account and verify that the request is being made by the authorized account holder.
After we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your app account from our active systems. This may include your account profile information, login information, app preferences, saved schedules, medication schedule information, notification settings, and other personal information linked to your account.
Some information may be retained for a limited period if necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, backup, or compliance purposes. If any data is retained, it will only be kept for as long as necessary for those purposes and will not be used to maintain an active app account. Examples of information that may be retained include transaction records, security logs, backup records, customer support communications, or records required to comply with applicable laws.
We will process verified account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the request. Some deleted information may remain in encrypted backups or archival systems for a limited period before being permanently removed according to our normal backup retention schedule.
